Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Rates:

  • USA: Standard shipping included at no additional cost. 5- 8 business days. 
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–8 business days after processing
  • Canada: 7–10 business days after processing
  • European Union: 7–10 business days after processing. EU orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, though delivery times can vary due to cross-border shipping and carrier delays
  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days after processing
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–10 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Made to Order

Each item is produced specifically for your order. We do not hold large amounts of pre-made inventory. We manufacture as close to the delivery location as possible with international printing partnerships. 

This approach helps us:

  • Reduce overproduction and waste
  • Keep our designs intentional and fresh
  • Maintain a more sustainable production model

Returns & Exchanges

Except where required by law, because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing
  • Personal preference

Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description

We will review and make it right as quickly as possible.
